Polyurethane spray foam

Polyurethane Foams

Versatile polymer for a variety of foam application

Stobipur® F

Chemically engineered urethane systems designed for foam manufacturers

Polyurethane foam (also called PUR or PU foams) is a versatile polymer that offers a wide variety of design and customization opportunities for diverse applications. As the market for foam continues to grow, we maintain a focus on developing Stobipur® F products that are adaptable to our customer’s application requirements while keeping cost, productivity, and quality in mind. The benefits include customized solutions, broad range of densities, closed and open cell systems for spray foams, optimal thermal insulation, and versatility of blowing agents.

Discontinuous panels

This system is designed for manufactures of insulating sandwich panels via discontinuous process. General applications include:

  • Cold rooms
  • Panels
  • Garage doors
  • Refrigerated
  • Containers

It contains ozone-friendly new generation blowing agents: HFO and high functionality polyols with high mechanical properties and with different flammability class. High closed cell ratio provides high isolation capacity with excellent thermal resistance. Special additives provide excellent adhesive performance and filling property.

Appliances

This system is used for insulation of water heater boilers, industrial coolers, industrial kitchen equipment and refrigerated storage containers. Special additives provide excellent adhesion to various substrates. High closed cell ratio provides an excellent thermal resistance.

It contains ozone-friendly new generation blowing agents: HFO or 100% CO2 blown and high functionality polyols with high mechanical properties.

Spray foam

This system is used for insulation of ship tanks, pipes, terraces and construction for walls, roofs and floors. This system gives excellent thermal resistance. Our spray product portfolio consists of two main groups: Closed cell spray foam (30 and 50 kg/m3 densities) and Open cell spray foam (8 and 12 kg/m3 density, 100% CO2 blown).

These systems show excellent adhesion on the surface and filling property due to special additives. They contain ozone, environmentally friendly new generation blowing agent: HFO. Our products fulfil the EN 13501-1 Euro class fire resistance properties and low emissions to the indoor environment (VOC) with CE, KEYMARK and ATG certificates.

Packaging

This system is designed to produce insulated boxes used in the transportation of medical products and foods. It contains special polyols with high mechanical properties and with excellent thermal resistance. In addition, we can design the formulations with many different densities for protective packaging that can take the shape of the boxes it is injected into.

Specialty foams

Pipeline pigging foams

This two-component product line provides the most efficient and cost-effective polyurethane needs for the pipeline pigging industry where high chemical and tear resistance is required. Polyurethane is the smart solution for the oil and gas industries for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Flexibility
  • High tear and wear resistance
  • Optimum abrasion resistance
  • Versatility for creating a range of styles and sizes
  • Compatibility with many oils and gases

Orthopedic block foam

This rigid polyurethane foam is designed to produce discontinuous block foam, the filling of hollow bodies and large volumes. It is a suitable alternative for orthopedic model productions such as corset and posture corrector, with both its mechanical properties and implant test power.

Vibration damping foam

Vibration damping foam creates the link between a dynamically inducing system and a system to be protected. It reduces noise and vibrations. It has high load‐bearing capacity with very high compressive strength, and permanent elasticity.

HR molded flexible foams

This system is designed to produce flexible foams used in the automotive and furniture industry. It is suitable for production in the metal, epoxy and polyester molds. Desired hardness and elasticity can be obtained by adjusting the ratio of MDI base Isocyanate. It contains low VOC emissions. It has high mechanical properties like compression, tensile strength, and elongation.

Roller shutters

This system is designed for use in the production of polyurethane rigid foam filled shutters and window profiles. These special formulations have been developed to fill small sections and different profiles of long lengths without deformation, providing excellent insulation and impact resistance.

Decorative and multi-purpose foams

We have a wide range of products from 80 to 600 kg / m3, from interior and exterior application to architectural decoration application. These products have very good mechanical properties, smooth skin properties, high surface hardness and high wear resistance and good adhesion to facings.

Integral foams

This system is designed to produce flexible and integral skin foams for the transportation industry such as steering wheels, headrests, dashboards, and for some spare parts of the medical industry. It gives excellent impact resistance performance with very good abrasion resistance.
