Stobicast® L and Stobicast® M polyurethane potting compounds are widely used and serve as an ideal insulation material for the industrial production of electrical components. They are suitable for a broad range of applications such as transformers, capacitors, electromagnetic interference filters, circuit boards, sensors, cable couplers, LED’s and many other products.

Various Stobicast® L and Stobicast® M products meet the international norms and approvals. Polyurethane allows for extensive customization of many physical parameters including gel time, pot life, colored and transparent versions, heat conductivity, elasticity under cold temperatures, adhesion and elongation at break.

Stobicast® L 780

Two-component hard-flexible potting compound with high impact strength and resistance to water, transformer oil, gasoline, and other chemicals. This product is designed for applications such as transformers, coils and capacitors. UL 94 V-0 recognized and has an RTI of 130° C.

Stobicast® L 781

Two-component soft-flexible potting compound with good resistance to water, transformer oil, gasoline, and other chemicals. This product is designed for applications such as printed circuit boards, sensors, electronic controls, and LED drivers. UL 94 V-0 recognized and has an RTI of 130° C.

Stobicast® L 807.01

Two-component hard-flexible potting compound with good chemical resistance, very high thermal conductivity (1.6W/mK) and outstanding flame resistance (V-0 at 1.0 mm thickness). It is preferable used for power transformers and capacitors especially for electrical vehicle applications.

Stobicast® M 598

Two-component potting compound with very high impact strength and resistance to water, transformer oil, gasoline, and other chemicals. This product is designed for applications such as transformers, coils and capacitors and is UL 94 V-0 recognized.
