Building Solutions at Lemgo Site

STOCKMEIER Urethanes reaches another milestone on its almost 30 years of history with publicly announcing the decision to soon begin construction for the 1st phase of the long-planned expansion on our site in Lemgo, Germany.

While the final stage will incorporate a warehouse and distribution center, the development of the property will begin in Q1 of 2021 with a new office building, housing our administration and R&D department once completed.

“This is a very exciting project for our company, underscoring the firm commitment by our shareholders to support our future growth in Europe and beyond”, says Christian Martinkat, Chairman of the Executive Committee: “We have outgrown our current footprint – for once that is a problem you want to have these days”.

When the new building is move-in ready, more work on the existing administration building across the street will begin, expanding the change rooms and cafeteria for our staff in QC and Production.
